These seminars** are designed for practitioners working with holistic therapies who wish to increase their knowledge of cancer and how to support people through treatment and recovery. Spaces are limited to 12 practitioners. 

These public seminars§ are designed for anybody dealing with or helping someone deal with cancer. They will educate people about cancer and access quality information about integrative support during and after cancer treatment.

**Wednesday July 20th 2pm to 6pm

This seminar will look at the effects of cancer treatment on the individual physically and holistically and how to build a programme for support and recovery.

**Thursday September 8th2pm to 6pm

This seminar will look specifically at the underlying influences which can contribute to the development of cancer, how we can analyse those and what we can do to eradicate them.

§ These seminars will look in greater depth at the main individual cancers. We will look at how they function metabolically and what contributes to their development. Integrative Support through Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy and Hormone therapy.Moving on to integrative strategies we can use to influence recovery.

Hormone Related Breast Cancer

14 July 14.00 to 18.00

Prostate Cancer
11th August 14.00 to 20.00

Ovarian Cancer
15th September 14.00 to 20.00

Bowel Cancer
22nd  September 14.00 to 20.00

All seminars will be held at the Medela Centre in Derbyshire.
Price £40.00 each including refreshments.
The Medela Centre is conveniently located 10 mins from junction 29 of the M1 and 15 mins from Chesterfield and Alfreton Railway stations .
